About Lior Gigi, CPA

Founder & Chief Financial Officer — Blue Oak Advisory

Lior Gigi is a strategic finance executive and founder of Blue Oak Advisory, where he partners with CEOs, founders, and investors to help companies scale with clarity and confidence. With more than 17 years of leadership experience across high-growth industries, Lior has guided organizations from emerging ventures to enterprises exceeding $1B in revenue.

Before founding Blue Oak Advisory, Lior served as Head of Finance and Corporate Officer at Golden Hippo, overseeing financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and compliance for a portfolio of global consumer brands. He led multiple capital raises and complex restructurings, including ESOP conversion, M&A integration, and IPO readiness—all while building agile finance teams that turned data into decisive strategy.

Earlier in his career, Lior worked with leading firms including BDO Seidman, Beachbody, and CNM LLP, gaining deep expertise in corporate finance, audit, and operational transformation. His leadership approach blends analytical rigor with practical execution, ensuring financial systems and teams support long-term growth and value creation.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Lior holds a degree in Economics with an Accounting minor from UCLA. He is an active member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.
